The Goodbye Belly program
The Goodbye Belly program consists of three separate products that complement each other. You will achieve both body detoxification and effective fat burning at the same time.

The first 15 days are dedicated to detoxifying the body, especially the liver. Step 2: Weight Loss

Composition and effects of ingredients
HEPAFAR forte PREMIUM
The HEPAFAR forte PREMIUM pack contains 30 capsules, enough for 15 days. They are always taken after a meal with a glass of water. The capsules are intended for detoxification of the body, which should precede any successful weight loss.
In the composition you will find several herbal ingredients, choline and also vitamin E and selenium with zinc.
Of the herbal ingredients in the product, artichoke leaf extract predominates. Artichoke supports the functions of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, improves digestion and excretion of harmful substances from the body. It also helps to lower blood sugar levels and prevent cholesterol deposition in the blood vessels. Apart from detoxifying the liver, artichokes also promote digestion and act as a prevention of cramps.
Silybin (also silibinin) is the main active ingredient in silymarin, an extract from the seeds of milk thistle. Milk thistle has been used in Europe for more than 2 000 years to strengthen the liver. It promotes the regeneration of liver cells and also improves digestion. In addition, the flavonoid complex silymarin is thought by some studies to be up to ten times more powerful as an antioxidant than vitamin E. However, it can also be found in the formula.
Dandelion extract then improves digestion thanks to the magnesium it contains.
Ginger extract also has a positive effect on the entire digestive system, and is known to have anti-nausea effects, but also anti-viral effects.
The last herbal ingredient is black pepper extract, which contains an alkaloid called piperine. Opinions on its effect on the human body vary, but it probably speeds up metabolism and intestinal peristalsis.
An important component of the product is choline, which is a B vitamin. If lacking in the body, fatty liver, high blood pressure and atherosclerosis can occur. Fortunately, the body can make some of it and we can also take it from our diet, but the foods in which it is found are not eaten regularly or in the necessary amounts by most people in our conditions, so we can supplement it.
The aforementioned vitamin E is one of the most important antioxidants. Because it protects cells from oxidative stress and the effects of free radicals, it helps to slow ageing and has been shown to prevent cancer.
It also contains the elements zinc and selenium. The presence of zinc in the body is a necessary condition for the proper functioning of many enzyme systems, the most important of which is probably the insulin system. In turn, sufficient selenium is important for the heart and a healthy vascular system.

AdipoBurn XXL
The AdipoBurn XXL pack contains 30 capsules to cover 30 days. They are always taken after meals and washed down with a glass of water. The capsules promote the burning of abdominal fat and prevent the yo-yo effect.
I AdipoBurn XXL is mainly made up of herbal ingredients that are supplemented with vitamins.
The basis of the formula is Morosil®, an extract obtained from the Sicilian red orange of the Moro variety, which has a high anthocyanin content. These are actually pigments that give the plant’s fruit its colour. As well as having strong antioxidant properties, anthocyanins can also be anti-inflammatory, antiviral and anticancer. According to some studies, they can protect the body against the storage of excess fats, and they also seem to improve cholesterol levels and positively affect blood sugar levels. Sicilian oranges are also a source of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that, among other things, helps against fatigue, boosts immunity and supports normal metabolic function.
Green tea extract is extracted from freshly plucked leaves of the Chinese tea tree. Thanks to the fact that these leaves have not undergone a fermentation process, they retain a high content of natural active substances. Green tea is particularly popular for its antioxidant properties, which help prevent cancer. Due to its high concentration of catechins, it supports fat metabolism. It also helps to maintain proper blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
Another ingredient is cayenne pepper extract. Cayenne pepper is actually the Czech name for powder made from dried chili peppers of different varieties. It contains the alkaloid capsaicin, which has a number of positive effects on human health. It probably does not have an effect on weight loss, but it can, for example, help diabetics with lowering blood sugar.
Like HEPAFAR, these capsules also contain black pepper extract with the alkaloid piperine.
Vitamin B6, called pyridoxine, is important for the nervous system, protein metabolism and counteracts inflammation in the mucous membranes and oral cavity.

NightBurn XXL
NightBurn XXL contains 10 sachets that are used to make a drink that you indulge in before bed for 10 nights. Thanks to its composition, nighttime fat burning is also supported. The taste is mild, lime.
I NightBurn XXL contains mainly herbal ingredients supplemented with vitamins.
The first place in the composition is occupied by Inavea™, i.e. arab gum. This is a substance found in the resin of various species of acacia. It is water soluble and is one of the oldest natural emulsifiers. It is used in the food industry under the designation E 414 as a thickener, stabilizer and emulsifier. It serves mainly as a source of soluble fibre. It has been shown that it can lower cholesterol levels and may have a beneficial effect on the intestinal microflora.
Another item is garcinia fruit extract. Garcinia cambogia is a shrub that is found in South Asia. It is used as a fruit, an ingredient in curry spices and also to induce a feeling of satiety. This is because Garcinia contains a high concentration of hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which reduces the process of fat tissue formation. This slows down so much that the body begins to use fat as an energy source. The brain then reduces the feeling of hunger because it believes that the body has enough energy. This therefore also reduces the appetite.
In the ingredients you will also find choline, which is one of the B vitamins. Recall that if it is missing in the body, fatty liver, high blood pressure and atherosclerosis can occur.
Lemon Balm Extract will promote better sleep, calm and induce a sense of well-being. It contains hydroxycinnamic acid and rosmarinic acid, which act as a powerful antioxidant.
Cornelian fruit extract also appears in the formula. You may be more familiar with carob fruit as carob or locust bean. They have a sweet taste and are often made into a hypoallergenic flour or cocoa substitute.
Rounding out the list of plant extracts is chicory root extract, which contains the important prebiotic fiber inulin, an energy source for our friendly gut bacteria.
Again, we find the antioxidant vitamin C as well as vitamin B6, which plays a large role in fat and protein metabolism and is also important for the nervous system.

Use and Dosage
For the first 15 days of the program, take 2 capsules of the detox product HEPAFAR forte and 1 capsule of AdipoBurn, always after lunch. The capsules should be taken well with water.
After 15 days of detoxification, you are already moving on to burning. At first, only 1 AdipoBurn capsule is taken after lunch for five days. From day 21 until the end of the program, you add the NightBurn product in the evening. Always dissolve one sachet in a glass of water before going to bed and drink the resulting drink.

Overall assessment
The program works particularly well for fat in the abdominal area, and can also help with stubborn visceral fat, elevated levels of which pose a health risk for many people.
Of course, it is advisable to modify your diet and include at least minimal physical activity at the same time. Like other products, Goodbye Belly does not work miracles by magic. However, thanks to its comprehensive coverage, it can do a great deal of work for you.
However, we would advise anyone to consult a doctor about the suitability of the products before using them. There are a number of herbal ingredients in the formula that may not affect everyone in the same way and may possibly trigger an allergic reaction.
